Dr. Tanvir Kaur Sidhu's (CMCL 2020) FAIMER project, which has been ongoing as a successful program in the Adesh Institute's curriculum for the past 5 years was selected among Top 5 Best Academic Practices in Community Medicine by IAPSM (Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine) National body. Sidhu presented her work at the 51st Annual National Conference of IAPSM held at KMC, Mangalore from the 8th to the10th of February, 2024. The presentation was titled "Inculcating Research Skills in Undergraduate Medical Students by Introducing a Structured Validated Module." She received an Appreciation Award for their work. Her work has also been published as a part of e-Compendium of Best practices in Community Medicine by IAPSM 2023-24, which was released at the national level.
