Dr. S. Ayhan Çalışkan (IFI 2008), along with Umay Ruchan Tümer and Ozan Karaca have conducted a survey study to investigate Turkish medical students’ intentions of pursuing residency training abroad and associated factors that play a significant role in this trend. Their manuscript has been published in Sage Open. To the best of Dr. Çalışkan's knowledge, this is one of the very few studies to be published on this topic among Turkish medical students.
