Change in PSG FAIMER Regional Institute Leadership

Last month, FAIMER and the PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research announced that the founding Director of PSG FAIMER Regional Institute (FRI), Dr. Thomas Chacko (IFI 2004), would be stepping down as Co-Director. Effective August 10, 2022, PSG-FRI’s serving Co-Director, Dr. Sudha Ramalingam (PSG 2010), will serve as the Director and Dr. G Sumitra as the Associate Director of the PSG FRI.
Dr. Thomas Chacko, who began his Directorship when PSG-FRI launched in 2007, will remain on the PSG-FRI Advisory Board.
FAIMER extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Chacko for his contributions to the development and growth of the PSG-FAIMER fellowship program, and wishes Dr. Sudha Ramalingam and Dr. G Sumitra continued success!
