Coralie Dimacali Serves in Leadership Roles at ICEHS and APMC

Congratulations to Coralie Dimacali (PHIL 2008), who was appointed Secretary-General for the First International Conference on Education in the Health Sciences (ICEHS), held October 1-3, 2008, at the University of the Philippines as a part of the university’s centennial celebrations. Coralie took part in a symposium on “Methods of Student Evaluation” and gave a talk on the subject of “Objective Structured Oral Examination.”

Additionally, Coralie served as Chair of the Scientific Committee at the 42nd Annual Convention of the Association of Philippine Medical Colleges (APMC), held January 22–24, 2009, at the University of the Philippines. The conference was attended by more than 200 medical educators from throughout the country. Coralie delivered a talk on “Teaching and Evaluating Clinical Skills” during a symposium on “Enriching the Curriculum.”
