Congratulations to A. M. Ciraj (CMCL 2008), who attended the 6th International Medical Education Conference, held April 1–3, 2009, at International Medical University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The theme of the conference was "Reflections on Innovations." Dr. Ciraj presented a paper on "Effectiveness of PBL in a hybrid curriculum: Faculty and student perceptions." The study was conducted as a part of his curriculum innovation project during his fellowship at the CMCL-FAIMER Regional Institute.
