Chinmay Shah Organizes Workshop and Delivers Guest Lecture

Congratulations to Chinmay Shah (GSMC 2008) on successfully organizing a three-day workshop on medical education technology at Government Medical College, Bhavnagar in India. Also participating in the workshop were Himanshu Pandya (CMCL 2007), who served as an observer for the Medical Council of India, and Priti Kapadia-Gupta (GSMC 2010), who was a guest speaker.
Dr. Shah was himself a guest lecturer at Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society (GMERS) Medical College, Gotri in Vadodara, India. His lecture was on preparing multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and item analysis.
Dr. Shah has also successfully organized a one-day workshop entitled “Advance Good Clinical Practice.” He has worked as an Advisor in continuing medical education (CME) on emergency medicine.
Dr. Shah also recently received third prize at the 6th Annual Conference of the Anatomical Society of India, Gujarat Chapter, for the presentation of his paper, “Item Analysis of Presently Available MCQ Books.” He also recently published the following articles:
