Congratulations to Bo Qu (PHIL 2010), who was appointed Vice Director for Research Centre of Medical Education at China Medical University in Shenyang, China, on January 8, 2011. The Research Centre of Medical Education was established in 1984 to develop three main areas of medical education: curriculum development, teaching and learning, and assessment and evaluation. In his new role, Dr. Bo will head both the Department of Evaluation and Management and the Department of Medical Education and Curricula. His goals are to advance national and international communication and collaboration and to enhance faculty development in China through innovative projects and methods.
