Congratulations to Milagros Rabe (PHIL 2005), who was recently appointed Head of the Department of Physiology at University of the East/Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines. Dr. Rabe was also recently commissioned to do research for a validation study at the Manila branch of the Japanese company Terumo Medical Corporation, in collaboration with the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc.
