Congratulations to Vivek Saoji (PHIL 2003, IFME 2005), who was recently appointed Vice Chancellor of KLE University, Belgaum, India. Prior to this appointment, he served as Dean of Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College, Pune, for more than 10 years. Dr. Saoji reports that KLE University is one of India’s premier health sciences universities in the private sector, with an excellent medical education department, a strong research foundation, and many international collaborations.
