On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, Dr. Abida Shaheen (IFI 2024) presented the research findings of her MHPE thesis in the prestigious category of "research papers" at the annual AMEE 2024 conference in Basel, Switzerland. The title of the research findings was, "Evaluating the Influence of Team-based Learning on Basic Psychological Needs and Motivation of Undergraduate Medical Students in a Mixed-Methods Study." The presentation explored the effect of innovative instructional strategies can enhance students' motivation, autonomy, well-being, and academic outcomes.
